Centralized and Secure Record-Keeping is Key for Virginia Colleges
By now, most colleges and universities have taken steps to form threat assessment teams – groups providing consultation and assistance on campus regarding potentially dangerous situations. The teams investigate a range of possible cases, including threats made by students, employees, faculty members, and others in the community, and should be notified anytime someone in the college observes or learns about a threat of violence or a situation that appears to be threatening.
