Awareity’s Platform is a very easy to use system for Information Security Awareness Training, Ongoing Awareness Training, Policy Management, Accountability Tracking, Incident Reporting, and Threat Management. Below are the answers to some frequently asked questions about using Awareity’s Platform as well as links to product-specific PDF handouts. What are my requirements and obligations in the Awareity Platform?

Since each organization utilizing Awareity’s Platform may have different requirements for their Users and Team Members, you will need to refer to your Welcome Message or contact your organization’s Awareity Platform Administrator for specific details on your requirements. If you aren’t sure who your Administrator is, you can contact Awareity Support at Support@Awareity.com to find out.

What browsers can I use to access the Awareity Platform?

You can access the Platform from Internet Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari.
Note: Microsoft ended their support of Internet Explorer in 2016, though it may work for you, we are no longer actively supporting Internet Explorer.

Can I login to the Awareity Platform from anywhere?

Yes! You can login from anywhere and from any device, as long as you are using a supported browser and have internet access.

What if I want to Exit and continue later?

You may exit the Awareity Platform at any time by clicking the Logout button at the bottom of the screen or simply closing your browser window. Your progress will be saved.
